Somebody DM'd me last week: "Ughhhh, must be nice. I wish I could go to Cannes. I can't afford it."

I get it. Cannes is expensive. The tickets alone are like $2k+.

2. Become a creator's content support for the week. Film, edit, post for them.
3. Work for a brand that's already going. They always need extra hands on the ground.
4. Be someone's assistant for the week. (I'm literally paying someone to do this for me right now.)
5. Apply to speak. Speakers get a free ticket.
6. Work the event itself. Someone is always hiring help.
7. Help a speaker with hair, makeup, and glam.
8. Get sponsored. Pitch five brands on why putting you in Cannes is worth it, and show them exactly what they get back.
9. Create your own event and use the profit to pay your way.

This only requires you showing up as useful.

The people who "get to" go to Cannes for free didn't get lucky.
